UK Water Damage Response

London

London’s Victorian and Edwardian housing stock, basement flats and ageing plumbing make water damage a year-round issue, with surface-water flood risk in several boroughs.

Housing and basements

Converted basements in Kensington & Chelsea, Camden, Islington and Westminster are vulnerable to escape of water and sewer surcharge. Many Victorian terraces have cast-iron or ageing copper supplies that fail without warning.

Surface water and Thames

The Environment Agency publishes flood warnings for the Thames and tributaries. Surface-water flooding after intense rainfall affects low-lying parts of Southwark, Newham, Enfield and other boroughs. Thames Water handles sewer flooding reports for much of the capital.

Boroughs

Common enquiry areas include Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Croydon, Barnet and Ealing. Travel times across the capital vary widely; we match you to an independent local partner near the property.

Referral

Important: this is a referral service. Your enquiry is passed to an independent local contractor. We do not carry out restoration work and we do not invent licences, reviews or prices.
